We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your email address. We also collect usage data such as trading activity, journal entries, and learning progress to provide and improve our services.
We use your information to provide the Stackivate service, personalize your experience through the AI Coach, process payments, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a PostgreSQL database provider. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Authentication is handled by Clerk.
Conversations with the AI Coach are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Your trading journal entries and investor profile may be sent to the AI to personalize coaching responses. We do not use your data to train AI models.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and to maintain your session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You may also request a copy of your data. We will respond to such requests within 30 days.
Stackivate uses the following third party services: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), Upstash (rate limiting), and Resend (email). Each has their own privacy policy governing their data handling.
