1. Educational purpose only
Stackivate is an educational platform designed to teach investing concepts. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Not financial advice
The information provided through Stackivate, including but not limited to the AI Coach, paper trading tools, and educational content, should not be used as a basis for making real investment decisions. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance of any simulated trading does not guarantee future results.
3. Simulated trading
All paper trading features on Stackivate use simulated virtual currency. No real money is involved in paper trading. Results from simulated trading do not reflect what would happen with real money in real market conditions.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Pro Lab subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. If you’re not satisfied with Pro Lab, email us at hello@stackivate.com and we’ll refund you. There’s no required reason and no formal process — we’d rather know you’re not getting value and refund you than keep a payment from someone who isn’t being served. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of liability
Stackivate and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or other harm arising from use of this platform. Use of Stackivate is entirely at your own risk. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any educational content.
7. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Stackivate after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
